Diversifies revenue streams to ensure long-term stability through three key approaches: Traditional fundraising initiatives Establishment of social enterprise models Fee-for-service media production and consulting for external partners
Organizational Development and sustainability is one of CIPL’s programs that we are focusing on developing the capacity of the organization to strengthen management system leadership good governance and developing capacity of the staff by each program and unit within the organization and strengthen communication within and outside of the organization.This program we also focusing on developing resources and fund for organization by doing traditional fundraising establish social enterprise and provide media service to partners for fee to serve organization sustainability.
