This is one of our three core programs. It focuses on project activities that support community development, such as community economic livelihoods, community solidarity, indigenous students’ access to high-quality education, strengthening mother-tongue language use, reinforcing traditional cultural identity, and enhancing community participation in social accountability to improve public service delivery. Additionally, this program aims to strengthen community capacity to sustainably manage natural resources, environmental issues, sanitation, and land. We empower women, people with disabilities, and youth to build a collective voice for advocacy so that human rights, including indigenous rights, are respected, and we enable community members to lead their own development.
